The miracle drink for low resistance

It is unfortunately the time of year to get sick. If you sleep well and get enough vitamins hopefully you won't get sick anytime soon. But if your resistance is a bit low, this wonder drink is your lifesaver! Packed with vitamin C and ginger, it will give you an energy boost to start the day. This recipe needs at least 1 hour in the fridge before consumption, so make it, for example, the night before.

Water with a twist of orange and ginger

Persons: 2 Preparation time: 5 minutes + 1 hour in the refrigerator

• Ingredients:
• ½ liter of water (with or without bubbles)
• ½ orange
• 2 cm fresh ginger

Preparation: Cut the orange into thin slices and cut the ginger into thin strips. Mix the orange and ginger together with the water. Stir well and leave in the refrigerator for at least an hour to taste. Serve in 2 long drink glasses. Also, substitute ½ cucumber or ½ lemon for the orange.
