Sometimes, between meals, you get "hungry cravings". AppetiteControl contains a mix of fermentable and non-fermentable dietary fibers that suppress hunger. In addition, it stimulates bowel transit and promotes good digestion. This can lead to the so-called 'flat belly effect'. AppetiteControl contains, among other things, chicory, nettle, birch leaf and parsley, which together support the liver and improve the gut flora.
Dosage: Take 2 tablets with water between meals as needed. Maximum 6 tablets per day.

Omega 3&E contains the important fatty acids EPA and DHA, as found in fatty fish. DHA & EPA are good for your heart and brain. Two Omega 3&E capsules contain the same amount of omega-3 fatty acids as 200 grams of fatty fish.
Dosage : Take 2 Omega 3&E capsules once daily with water, during or immediately after a meal.
