Instructions
Microwave: Thaw the meal in the refrigerator the night before or prepare the meal directly from frozen. Remove the meal from its packaging and place it (including the lid) in the microwave. Place the dish in the microwave and heat for 11 minutes at 700 watts, or 5.5 minutes if thawed.
Oven: Thaw the meal in the refrigerator the night before or prepare the meal directly from frozen. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Remove the meal from its packaging and place it (including the lid) in the preheated oven. Your meal will be ready to eat within 45 minutes (22 minutes if thawed).
