Oven: Thaw the meal in the refrigerator the night before or prepare the meal directly from frozen. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Remove the meal from its packaging and place (with the lid on) in the preheated oven. Your meal will be ready to eat within 45 minutes (23 minutes if thawed).
