It's not always easy to motivate yourself now that the gyms are closed. But everyone knows that exercising contributes to a healthy lifestyle as well as helps you lose weight. You can do these fitness exercises just from home.
Great when it's raining outside, you can't go to the gym or you just don't have much time.
Fit in 7 minutes
These exercises are based on the 7 minute workout. You read it right: you only have to work up a sweat for 7 minutes. According to research, this has the same positive effect on your body as an hour of moderate exercise. Why would you ever spend hours on the cross-trainer?
With the exercises below, you tackle each muscle group for 30 seconds. After each exercise you get to rest for 10 seconds, then start the next exercise. Before you start, make sure you have a chair, a wall and a timer (such as the one on your phone).

Tired
I have to be honest: this workout seems like a
piece of cake, especially because of its short duration. But I can tell you: I am completely exhausted after these seven intense minutes. But on the other hand, I'm also ready in a flash and don't have to leave the house for it. I usually do them in the morning after breakfast for a good start of the day or just before dinner.
One more time
Time or energy left over? Then feel free to extend the workout by doing the whole round one more time. And that won't even take you 15 minutes. Plenty of time left over for the rest of your day, which will surely be a lot more energetic now after such a productive morning.
