  • 100 gr shrimps or crayfish
  • 6 dl chicken stock (tablet or jar, degrease first)
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 lemon grass stalk
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce less salt (Kikkoman)
  • 1 toasted nori leaf (Japanese seaweed)
  • piece of fresh ginger root of approx. 4 cm pepper
  • Frylight cooking spray

Preparation: Finely chop the garlic clove, onion and ginger. Chop the lemongrass into 2-3 pieces. Cut the nori leaf into thin strips. Spray some Frylight cooking spray in a deep pan and fry the garlic clove, red onion and ginger for 2-3 minutes over low heat. Add the broth and lemongrass pieces, bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes. Season to taste with the soy sauce and some pepper. Just before serving, add the shrimp but do not let the soup boil any more. Garnish with the nori leaf strips. Tip: The chicken broth can also be replaced with vegetable broth if necessary.
