Matcha latte recipe
What you need:
- 120 ml hot water
- 120 ml hot/whipped skim milk or soy milk/almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- sweetener to taste
- A bamboo whisk (don't have one? A fork will do just as well)
Use a mug or large teacup and spoon the matcha into it. Pour in a very small amount of water and mix the powder with the water until a thick mass forms. You can use the bamboo whisk or a fork for this. Then add the rest of the hot water and stir until all the powder is dissolved. Then add the (whipped) milk.
