Ginger is incredibly healthy and can help you lose weight. An easy way to get your daily dose of ginger is by making ginger tea. Not a tea person? You can also easily make ginger beer yourself.
You only need a few ingredients for it.
Ingredients
- 150 grams of fresh ginger
- 2 lemons
- 1/2 cup Stevia or other sweetener
- 500 ml of water
- Spa Red
- fresh mint
Preparation
Start by chopping the ginger. Make sure you use a sharp knife so you can chop the ginger very finely. Put the ginger pieces and half a liter of water in a blender and blend. Strain this mixture and heat it in a pan over low heat. Juice the lemons and add the juice to the pan. Then add the Stevia and stir until it is dissolved. Let it cool and pour into a bottle.
