Is there a minimum number of meals that can be ordered?
Our advice is to eat one meal a day.
These meals fit into all NewFysic weight loss programs. The calorie count is based on an average nutrition plan. This means you can add or omit some carbohydrates/proteins. If you have any questions, we advise you to consult your coach.
The meals are suitable for 1 person.
We meet almost all guidelines for a healthy ready-made meal. The meals contain at least 250 grams of vegetables, are high in fiber, low in saturated fat, and contain a maximum of 2 grams of salt per meal. This makes our meals unique in the market.
Yes, the meals are also suitable for children.
It contains 100 grams of cooked brown rice or whole-wheat pasta, and we use approximately 100 grams of meat/fish/egg/meat substitute per meal.

No, the meals are not standardly organic. That would make the meals more expensive. However, the meat is 100% organic, and we primarily use sustainable, additive-free ingredients.
Our meal containers are made from biodegradable bioplastic, which is 100% recyclable. In addition, our packaging transport is fully CO2-compensated, and we also look for sustainable options when sourcing ingredients. For example, our supplier buys at least 90% of its ingredients locally to avoid unnecessary transport.
When preparing the meals, the specific properties of the ingredients are taken into account, so that they retain their qualities as much as possible. The meals are then rapidly cooled in a shock freezer to -25°C to preserve flavor and texture.
The packaging of the meals indicates a 'best before' date, which shows until when the meal is at its best. As a rule of thumb, a meal is shelf-stable for several weeks after receipt at home, provided it is stored in the freezer (-18°C). Over the course of the weeks, the quality may slowly deteriorate, which can be noticed in taste and texture. However, in many cases, the product remains safe to eat for up to 6 months after the 'best before' date. After thawing, the meal is shelf-stable for one day; do not refreeze.
This varies depending on the frozen meal and the situation. Each meal has recommended preparation times and temperatures, so you can quickly check these. Every meal can be prepared in the oven and microwave. In addition, you can heat all meals directly from frozen.
When you follow the medical or regular weight loss program, you are a NewFysic customer and you will receive a 20% discount when ordering meals.
No, that's not possible. We only sell the meals online.
You can choose between day and evening delivery. For day delivery, our courier delivers throughout the Netherlands (excluding the Wadden Islands) from Tuesday to Saturday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. For evening delivery, our courier delivers throughout the Netherlands (excluding the Wadden Islands) from Tuesday to Friday between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Transport is in a climate-controlled vehicle. The evening before delivery, you will receive a track & trace link around 9:00 PM to follow your shipment. You can choose between day and evening delivery.
When ordering meals, you can choose between day and evening delivery, as well as the delivery day.
Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 will be delivered the next day. Orders placed after 12:00 will be delivered 2 days later.
Not at home? The delivery driver will first call you on the provided phone number. Then we will try your neighbours. If they are also not at home, we will try again the next day. In that case, we will unfortunately have to charge you €16.50 for the shipping costs.
+/- 2 hours. To maintain quality, it is best to place the meals in the freezer as soon as possible upon receipt.
Yes, the healthy frozen meals can be ordered in combination with other NewFysic products. However, they will be delivered separately!
If, unfortunately, the delivery has not gone well, something is damaged, or it is not satisfactory, it is best to take a photo of the problem and email it to info@newfysic.nl. NewFysic will then contact you as soon as possible to find a solution.
Transport company Leen Menken is a very reliable partner that almost always delivers within the indicated route. Should it unfortunately happen that the package can only be delivered at a later time, you will receive a message that your delivery has been moved to the next available delivery time. The new delivery time is visible in the Track & Trace information you previously received by email.
In the event of a possible delay, there is no risk of spoilage; the meals are always kept in a climate-controlled vehicle or in a freezer depot during transport.
Changes to the delivery date can be made up to one day before delivery, before 11:00 AM. Please contact the customer service of our partner Freasy at Hi@freasy.nl / 010 2613662 to change the delivery date.

Our carrier offers delivery in Flanders on Wednesday and Thursday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, and on Thursday evening between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM. The evening before delivery, you will receive a track & trace link around 9:00 PM to follow your shipment.
After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. The confirmation will show your chosen delivery day and whether you selected daytime or evening delivery.
The evening before delivery, you will receive the planned time window and the Track & Trace link from transport company Leen Menken around 9 PM. With the Track & Trace link, you can follow the expected arrival time of the delivery driver on the day of delivery.
