Together with her mother, she has already tried all kinds of things. Everything worked temporarily, nothing worked permanently. While she so wants to be comfortable in her own skin.
Two of my aunts slimmed down successfully with NewFysic. Every time I saw them they were slimmer and looked more radiant. My mother and I tried everything but nothing worked. We were inspired by my aunts. They told us that the method is easy to stick to and that you can eat a lot, just different products than you are used to. No more white pasta or white rice. Replace everything with whole grain and multigrain products. And five or six meal times a day to keep the burn going. That sounded pretty achievable and appealing. No shakes or meal replacements but just eating healthy, a lot and often.
I was all for it. It annoyed me that I did not fit into nice and modern clothes. As a "girl girl," I really like shopping. Even on vacation, with my girlfriends, I didn't feel comfortable in my skin. Certainly not in a bikini. You don't just run into the sea. I'm only twenty-five and unsure of my body, I didn't want that anymore!
When I started at NewFysic, my coach taught me that you have to keep the stove burning. That you have to eat right to lose weight. I never ate anything when I was dieting. My switch flipped right away and I started investing in myself. I stuck to the nutrition plan and my mother helped me, in the beginning, to remember to take my food supplements.
The first pounds flew off. I received many compliments from people who said they could see that I had lost weight and that I was so radiant. That gave me a wonderful feeling. I even slept better when I started eating differently. The rest of the pounds were a little more gradual. But once I reached my target weight, I was overjoyed. My mother is immensely proud of me. And I'm proud of her, of course!
