You will take your medication and supplements home with you and get started. Every week you will have a coaching and weighing session with your nutrition coach. Together you will monitor your progress and discuss any stumbling blocks. Your coach is there to provide you with tips and motivation every week.
After 1 month, you will discuss with your coach whether you want to extend your medical program or switch to the regular program.
Everything you need to lose weight healthily and achieve lasting results. Besides weight loss, we'll work together to develop a healthy lifestyle that you can maintain in the future.
Intake at a location of your choice.
During the initial physical intake, we will take your first measurements, discuss your current lifestyle, and create a nutrition plan. We will thoroughly go over the weight loss program and discuss the medication and supplements. Of course, we will take the time to answer all your questions!
Weekly guidance
Every week you'll have a weigh-in and coaching session with your experienced nutrition coach. This allows us to closely monitor your progress. You'll receive tips, tricks, and extra motivation, and we'll celebrate your successes!
Customized nutrition plan
During the intake, a special nutrition plan will be drawn up. With the help of this nutrition plan, you can continue to eat healthy in small portions in addition to the medication.

Weight loss with injections is specifically designed for people with a BMI above 30. Do you have a BMI of 27 or higher AND a medical condition such as high blood pressure, sleep apnea, high cholesterol, or osteoarthritis? Then you are also eligible for this program.
