Step 1: Check if you are eligible

We'll start with an age check and an assessment of your BMI:

Is your BMI lower than 27? Then you can book a free intake for our regular weight loss program.

Is your BMI 27 or higher? If so, you can start the online medical intake.

Please note: The online medical intake is for people who are truly committed to improving their health. Only start if you are motivated to follow the medical program.

Step 2: Online medical intake

If you are eligible for the medical program, you can start with the online medical intake.

After receipt, a doctor will assess your intake within 1-2 business days. You will then receive notification as to whether you can start the medical weight loss program with injections.

The doctor's approval is valid for 3 months. The intake is included in the program, but if you do not start within this period, we will charge €99.

If the doctor decides, for medical reasons, that you cannot participate in the medical weight loss program, we will not charge you the €99.

Step 3: Personal meeting on location

You will receive an email to schedule an appointment at your chosen location.

During the conversation:

• Do we take various measurements?
• Shall we create your personalized nutrition plan?
• Should we discuss the medication and supplements?
• Shall we go through the entire program carefully with you?

Step 4: Intensive guidance

From day one, we guide you step by step. We closely monitor your progress, and everything happens in a way and at a time that suits you.
