If you decide to participate in the NewFysic program, we would like to invite you for a personal consultation with one of our coaches. During this extensive intake interview, we will look at your current eating habits, any previous weight loss attempts, and you will be measured and weighed. Based on this data, we can calculate your corrected BMI and your BMR (basal metabolic rate). Your personal coach will then create a program for you, tailored to your body and lifestyle.

The NewFysic method is low in sugar and fat and consists of a personalized nutrition plan, supported by nutritional supplements and personal guidance. The supplements ensure more efficient fat metabolism, support muscle mass, and combat hunger.

No, we only support clients who follow our program with the help of our supplements. While following NewFysic, you temporarily eat less than usual, and it's crucial to support your body during this time. If you lose weight without the right support, your muscle cells are often broken down first, and only then your fat cells. You might lose weight, but not fat mass, and there's even a chance you'll lose muscle mass. That's not the goal. NewFysic supplements support muscle mass, combat hunger, and ensure more efficient fat metabolism.
