During your weight loss journey, you will be guided by one of our experienced nutrition coaches. After an extensive intake, where you get to know each other, you will work together towards your goals. Every week you will have a coaching and weighing session where you will weigh yourself and discuss your progress, challenges, and successes together. You will not only receive advice on nutrition, but also practical tips and motivation to keep going.

In short, your nutrition coach is there to inspire, motivate, and guide you throughout your entire weight loss journey. The weekly coaching session is therefore seen as the proverbial stick behind the door (a gentle nudge to stay on track).

Weigh yourself weekly.

For our weekly weigh-in, we use the InBody scale. What makes our scale unique is that it measures the actual proportions of your body composition. This scale is therefore used worldwide by doctors, medical specialists, and top athletes.

During the weekly weighing session, we measure your:

  • Fat in kg and your body fat percentage
  • Fat mass segmentation by body part
  • Muscle mass segmentation per body part
  • Visceral fat percentage
  • Moisture in kg and moisture percentage
  • Body fat and muscle analysis

This way, you can see how the composition of your body changes every week, and how you become fitter and healthier!
