Judith has been following various diets since she was 18 years old. Now - 30 years later - she has finally managed to lose a lot of weight! She changed her lifestyle.
"At 18, I started my first diet, not knowing that many more would follow.... When I started a chocolate shop with my husband at 23, losing weight didn't get any easier! Everything was up for grabs and that made it even harder to stay away from all the goodies. 30 years later, I had done all the diets at one time or another, but ended up gaining weight.
"When I stopped fitting my clothes last summer and I didn't like the way they looked, I was done! On July 6, 2020, the switch went off. I made an appointment at NewFysic in Amstelveen and went for an intake interview with Brigitte."
