Walking
You really don't have to work up a sweat every day to stay healthy. Especially moderate intensive exercise is super good for your resistance. For example, 30 minutes of walking every day brings even more health benefits besides better resistance; stress levels drop, the brain can think more creatively and your heart and lungs stay healthy. The walking date is also super against tension,; a good conversation or laughing together provides the necessary happiness hormones!
Meditation is key
Do breathing exercises by quietly breathing in and out deeply for a while, with your hands on your belly. What works well is breathing in for 4 seconds and breathing out for 7 counts. Meditate by focusing on one point for several minutes and letting your thoughts float by like clouds. Does a thought float by? Then don't condemn it and calmly return to your breathing and focus. Do this for example before sleeping; sleeping well also relieves tension!
Sleep
Sleep is necessary to process all the stimuli you have experienced in the waking state. By going to sleep at the end of a busy day, your brain goes through a "reset" of sorts. Everything is processed, you unwind and gain energy for a new day. But your immune system is also active at night. 7 to 9 hours of sleep provide a better immune system and you are more resistant to stress. In addition, only when you sleep well two hormones are produced that help you lose weight, so very important.

Screen-free hours are important. All that information, however tempting, creates a lot of tension.
