You forgot your supplements in the morning:

Take the supplements the moment you remember! Have breakfast at home before you go to work, put the supplements in the bathroom so you can take them right when you get up. Have breakfast at work, put them next to your (car) keys so you always see them before you leave.

You forgot your supplements at lunch:

Should you find out just after lunch that you forgot your supplements, you can still take them when you remember. Should this happen to you more often, you can also take them at meal time.
