Instructions
Microwave: Thaw the meal in the refrigerator the night before or prepare directly from frozen. Remove the meal from its packaging and place it (including the lid) in the microwave. Heat for 10 minutes at 700 watts or 5 minutes once thawed.
Oven: Thaw the meal in the refrigerator the night before or prepare directly from frozen. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius. Remove the meal from its packaging and place (including the lid) in the preheated oven. Your meal will be ready to eat within 40 minutes (20 minutes if thawed).
