Instructions
Microwave: Thaw the meal in the refrigerator the night before or prepare the meal directly from frozen. Remove the meal from its packaging and place it (with the lid) in the microwave. Place the dish in the microwave and heat for 11 minutes at 700 watts, or 5.5 minutes if thawed.
Oven: Thaw the meal in the refrigerator the night before or prepare the meal directly from frozen. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Remove the meal from its packaging and place it (without the lid) in the preheated oven. Your meal will be ready to eat within 50 minutes (35 minutes if thawed).
