Starting with NewFysic: tips and tricks

Are you thinking about starting NewFysic or have you just had your first appointment? Then these tips are for you. And do you still have a question? Your personal NewFysic coach is always there for you. With these tips, your NewFysic period will certainly be a success.

First things first

In any case, start every morning with a glass of lukewarm water with the juice of half a lemon and start with the apple day (instead of breakfast and lunch you take 5-7 apples, and at 4 p.m. you stop with the apples and can eat some clear soup or broth. You will dine on this day as indicated in your personal weight loss plan. Do you have diabetes or suffer from migraines? Then skip apple day. The first four days you take the Purify (15ml) 3x daily.

Tip 1: Good preparation

Good preparation is half the battle. Prepare trays the night before. Fill them with fruit and snack vegetables/salad and put them in the refrigerator to take with you. Also prepare a large bottle of water. You can fill it with some mint, lemon and/or ginger leaves.

Tip 2: Tips for hungry people

Eat enough dietary fiber, especially if you often suffer from cravings in between meals. These fibers are found in whole grain products, vegetables and fruit, among other things. Drinking enough water and eating more consciously can also help (eat slowly and chew well) to increase your feeling of satiety. As an aid for difficult moments, you could possibly use the Appetite Control. This supplement contains a mix of fermentable and non-fermentable dietary fibers, these work to satisfy hunger, stimulate bowel transit, promote good digestion and lead to the so-called "flat belly effect.

Tip 3: Extra exercise

Try to get extra exercise during this challenge (and of course afterwards). Take a walk, go to the woods or, instead of the car, take a bike to get to your friends or family.

Tip 4: Drink enough water

Drink plenty of water (preferably about 2 liters). Drinking water speeds up your metabolism. The body needs moisture for the supply and removal of waste products and if there is not enough moisture, the metabolism slows down. Drinking, especially water, is therefore extremely important. Make your water extra tasty by adding some fresh mint, ginger, lemon or cucumber.

Tip 5: Healthy lunch

Have a healthy lunch and make it even more delicious with some extra vegetables. Spread your whole grain cracker/butter with lean meats, smoked salmon or make a delicious zelfgemaakte tonijnsalade. Voeg daar wat extra plakjes tomaat, komkommer, radijsjes of reepjes paprika en wat verse kruiden aan toe en je hebt een heerlijke lunch. Ook kan je een keer kiezen voor een lekkere groentesoep of een maaltijdsalade.

Tip 6: Drink onze Detox en Balance thee

Geniet dagelijks van de Detox & Balance tea (from NewFysic), it stimulates the metabolism. An important substance that plays a role in this are the natural cathecins. Cathecins cause fat to be converted into energy faster by the liver.

Tip 7: Eat plenty of fresh vegetables

Eat at least 250 grams of vegetables a day. Groente heeft een hoge thermische waarde. Het kost je lichaam meer moeite om deze voeding te verteren, waardoor het extra energie en dus vet zal verbranden. Eet dus zo veel mogelijk extra groente om je stofwisseling lekker op te peppen! Groente bevat daarnaast weinig kcal en veel goede voedingstoffen en vezels waardoor u weinig last van trek of honger zal ervaren.

Tip 8: Variatie

Probeer zoveel mogelijk te variëren met producten van de boodschappenlijst. Dit zorgt ervoor dat het lichaam steeds een nieuwe impuls krijgt en aan het werk moet. Varieer de lunch eens met een maaltijdsalade (met 100 gram vis/kip/ei) of een omelet (2 eieren) met 150g groenten (i.p.v. de volkoren crackers of brood). Foto: Toa Heftiba via Unsplash
