“I didn’t know I had this perseverance in me!”

Together with her coach Barbara, Malou set small and big goals. A year later, she looks back, with very well-deserved pride! Malou: "There I am, in my size M and completely comfortable in my skin. That was different a year ago! I saw a photo of myself taken during a field hockey tournament and really thought: "Malou, this can't go on like this". On June 15, 2019, I took the step to start NewFysic, in hindsight the best choice of my life." "I tried many things to lose weight, but nothing really worked for me. Maybe that's why I was a little skeptical about this at first, but if you don't try you never know. The first pounds flew off and I became more and more motivated. What really helped me is to share everything with my friends and family, so they could take everything into account as well." "In between, I had set small goals with my coach Barbara so we could also celebrate the small successes. First goal set with my coach: from size XL to L before my vacation (was in September), check! Second goal: Up to size M, check! Now, a year later, I've lost almost all my extra pounds." "I didn't know I had this perseverance in me, because literally, the last kilos weigh the heaviest. I'd prefer to lose a few more pounds, then I'll be at my target weight. Looking at my "before and after" pictures, I couldn't be more proud! From size XL to size S/M and a lot of inches lost in the waist and on my hips, it's all gone! Most importantly, I am comfortable in my skin again, I think I am allowed to be there and I love myself.
