Slim coffee: what can you order?

Merel loves it so much, drinking coffee with friends. But how many cups can you drink while following NewFysic? Which milk do you choose and can you still have the frappuccino?

Not only delicious, but also very cozy, I find. A cup of coffee makes it just a little easier to get through the week or weekend while at the same time giving you a big jolt of caffeine. But since I know all those cappuccinos aren't exactly low-calorie, I figured out: what can you order coffee-wise if you follow NewFysic?

Black or white?

I lived for lattes and cappuccinos but have since found out that black coffee can also be incredibly delicious. The taste of coffee comes out many times better and the good thing is: there are no calories in it, so you can drink as much of it as you want. Is coffee for you no coffee without milk? I feel you. In that case, use skimmed milk instead of whole milk. There are really far fewer calories in it, and it tastes almost as good. In most bars and restaurant you can just ask for this, by the way. As well as soy, almond and oat milk, as long as they are unsweetened. For all types of milk: do not exceed the maximum amount of 500 ml. per day. So... if you're still stuck with this question: can you still go to Starbucks? Sure you can. As long as you ask for the low-fat and unsweetened varieties.
