Zo ga je vermoeidheid tegen

Here's how to combat fatigue

It's really not that crazy when you feel tired toward the end of winter, done with the cold weather and dark days. But there is something you can do about it. Integrate these tips into your daily routine and meet spring full of energy! And before you know it, the sun will be shining into your bedroom in the morning.

Early bedtime

Do you normally go to bed at 10:30 p.m.? Then make sure you go to bed half an hour earlier in times of fatigue. You really don't have to fall asleep right away, but the fact that you're in bed a little earlier also helps you rest longer and fall asleep easier later.

Establish a peaceful bedtime routine

Is it almost time to go to bed? Then don't rush it but start quietly with everything you do before bed, such as cleaning your face, brushing your teeth and putting a glass of water next to your bed. A quiet bedtime routine also means: no more looking at screens like your phone, television or iPad. Blue light negatively affects your melatonin production. And you desperately need it to fall asleep.

Eat and drink this (not)

Products such as alcohol, coffee, tea with theine, snacks high in fat or sugar can disturb your sleep. However, you can choose to have a cup of white tea before you go to sleep if you like it (and it doesn't make you have to keep going to the bathroom at night).

Make sure you get enough vitamins

By making sure your body is completely balanced, you will also experience less restless sleep. NewFysic offers the right vitamins for every age, gender and need. Take a look at the webshop.
