No, the program cannot be cancelled during the subscription period. Only in case of pregnancy or illness (proven with a doctor's certificate) can you pause the program for a maximum of 9 months.

No. The packages are customer-specific, with a customized personal plan. Therefore, it is not possible to transfer them.

It depends! Orders over €60 are shipped free of charge throughout the Netherlands. For orders under €60, we charge €3.95 shipping costs per order within the Netherlands. This excludes individually ordered crackers and snacks; the shipping cost for these is €6.95.
Different shipping costs apply for international shipments. These costs vary depending on the country and the weight of the package.
