The freezing process
The meals are flash-frozen, so the taste and nutrients are preserved. With NewFysic, you always have a fresh and healthy meal in your freezer.
Preparation tailored for freezing.
The ingredients are chosen and prepared in such a way that they come out of the freezing and thawing process perfectly. This is how we make one dish extra creamy (like risotto) and another dish deliciously crispy.
Dish on hold
We shock-freeze the dish. Using a device that blows air at a temperature of -40°C over the meal, it is frozen very quickly to the core. This preserves the taste, texture and nutritional value and puts the dish on 'pause'.
Perfectly cooked.
We take into account that ingredients will continue to cook in your oven or microwave. For example, the green beans are only blanched, and the salmon is prepared nicely pink. So you give it the finishing touch at home, while reheating.

The meals are suitable for 1 person.
We meet almost all guidelines for a healthy ready-made meal. The meals contain at least 250 grams of vegetables, are high in fiber, low in saturated fat, and contain a maximum of 2 grams of salt per meal. This makes our meals unique in the market.
Yes, the meals are also suitable for children.
It contains 100 grams of cooked brown rice or whole-wheat pasta, and we use approximately 100 grams of meat/fish/egg/meat substitute per meal.
The values on the packaging apply to unprocessed products.
No, the meals are not standardly organic. That would make the meals more expensive. However, the meat is 100% organic, and we primarily use sustainable, additive-free ingredients.
Our meal containers are made from biodegradable bioplastic, which is 100% recyclable. In addition, our packaging transport is fully CO2-compensated, and we also look for sustainable options when sourcing ingredients. For example, our supplier buys at least 90% of its ingredients locally to avoid unnecessary transport.
When preparing the meals, the specific properties of the ingredients are taken into account, so that they retain their qualities as much as possible. The meals are then rapidly cooled in a shock freezer to -25°C to preserve flavor and texture.
The packaging of the meals indicates a 'best before' date, which shows until when the meal is at its best. As a rule of thumb, a meal is shelf-stable for several weeks after receipt at home, provided it is stored in the freezer (-18°C). Over the course of the weeks, the quality may slowly deteriorate, which can be noticed in taste and texture. However, in many cases, the product remains safe to eat for up to 6 months after the 'best before' date. After thawing, the meal is shelf-stable for one day; do not refreeze.
This varies depending on the frozen meal and the situation. Each meal indicates the recommended preparation times and temperatures for quick reference. Every meal can be prepared in the oven or microwave. Additionally, all meals can be heated directly from frozen.

Our advice is to eat one meal a day.
These meals are suitable for the Reset, Regular, Switch, and Balance programs. The calorie count is based on an average nutritional plan. This means you can add or omit some carbohydrates/proteins. If you have any questions, we advise you to consult your coach.
If you have purchased a week-long treatment, a 4-week package, or a basic or complete subscription, you are a NewFysic customer and will receive a 20% discount when ordering meals.
Order & Delivery
No, that's not possible. We only sell the meals online.
You can choose evening delivery. Our courier delivers throughout the Netherlands (excluding the Wadden Islands) on weekdays between 5 PM and 10 PM. You will receive a track & trace link on the day of delivery between 3 PM and 4:30 PM, allowing you to follow your shipment.
Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 will be delivered the following evening. Orders placed after 12:00 will be delivered 2 days later.
If you're not home, we'll try your neighbours. If they're not home either, we'll try again the next day. However, we will then have to charge you €16.50 for the shipping costs.
If, unfortunately, the delivery has not gone well, something is damaged or not as it should be, it is best to take a photo of the problem and email it to info@newfysic.nl . NewFysic will then contact you as soon as possible to find a solution.
Evening delivery: The carrier will place the package in a freezer overnight so they can deliver it again the next day. The meals are packaged in a cardboard insulated box with cooling elements.
Due to high shipping costs and sustainability concerns, meals can be ordered in quantities ranging from 6 to a maximum of 12 pieces.

Our supplier also delivers meals to Flanders. However, unfortunately, you can choose from fewer delivery times.
After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. The confirmation will show which delivery date you selected.
Changes to the delivery date can be made at the latest one day before delivery, before 11:00 AM. Please contact the customer service of our partner Freasy at Hi@freasy.nl / 010 2613662 to change the delivery date.
